We can manufacture precision spindles according to customer specifications from Ø12 to Ø100. The outer ends can be finished (turning, milling, grinding operations, etc.). We use several materials such as F114, F125, ETG 100, stainless steel, etc.

BAIZ achieves a minimum clearance between spindle and nut allowing this assembly to work at high speeds. The Acme screws + nut assembly is a substitute for the costly ball screws in numerous applications.
