In BAIZ we perform screw-cutting on worms by means of stock removal, with which we obtain a very low roughness, thus making subsequent grinding of the thread unnecessary in many cases.

Worms can be threaded on already treated material (such as F125, or ETG), thus reducing the final cost of the part as the hardening process becomes unnecessary.

We can thread worms with a maximum diameter of 100 and module 6, of one or multiple starts. We make worms for machine tool applications, lifting mechanisms, agricultural machines, construction machines, elevators, and more.
